Day 1: Arrive
You will be welcomed to the island with a flower lei and greeted by your guide who will assist you through your stay in Bali. Your guide will take you to the awaiting car for transfer to your hotel. Overnights at Alam Jiwa Ubud or similar, 6 nights. (Long stay holidays can also be accommodated.
Balance of day to rest up and get acquainted with the surroundings.
Day 2 Ubud (B) Ubud
Explore the surroundings of Ubud, its temples, Monkey Forest, and scenery.
In the evening, attend a traditional Balinese dance performance.
Lunch and dinner on our own.
Day 3 Ubud (B)
An optional full day today with a Kintamani tour, enjoy sightseeing and shopping in a traditional village and Kehen Temple. Kintamani is a famous place of interest in Bali with a magnificent panorama of Batur Lake and an active volcano. Kehen is one of the largest temples in Bali, and a stirring example of the virtuosity of the stone-carvers of the region.
Enjoy a local lunch while out for the day.

Day 4 Ubud (B)
Optional activity: Perhaps you could consider a day / drive that includes the art villages of Celuk (silver and gold), Mas (woodworking/carving), Pellatan (music), Amandari resort (views and rice paddies).
Day 5 Ubud (B)
Following breakfast, take a morning walk in Ubud (the innkeeper host will suggest a fantastic walk), followed by a "pampered to" afternoon at a attractive
local spa (recommended by our host) where you can choose from massages of various kinds, facials, pedicures etc.
In the evening attend a different traditional Balinese dance performance.
Day 6 Ubud (B)
Following breakfast, depart for an experience “Bicycling the lazy man's way” and travel by car to the mountains where we will mount bikes and coast back . This is a very popular outing allowing you to just coast downhill while viewing the spectacular Balinese landscape.
Day 7 Ubud (B)
Following breakfast, take a morning trip to Sukawati art market which is a nice, traditional place to buy souvenirs and sarongs at a reasonable price. We may choose to go either by car or for the adventurous, by local "bemo bus.” (Let’s choose the adventure!) The market is located about ten kilometres away and one may travel accompanied by locals carrying all kinds of wares.
In the late after noon, perhaps a cooking lesson. The cooking lesson will consist of an appetizer, main course and dessert. You eat as you go or simply meals on own..
Day 8 Ubud (B)
Following breakfast, we will take a morning trip to the nearby local Arma Museum, to watch traditional dancing lessons given to Balinese girls and boys. Balinese dances are a very ancient dance tradition that is a part of the religious and artistic expression among the Balinese people.
Afternoon at leisure by the pool if you wish, or walk into Ubud to visit galleries and do some shopping.
Day 9 Ubud (B)
Following breakfast, an optional mountain tour to Lake Batur, Candi Kuning Botanical Gardens (lovely gardens at volcanic lake) and a visit to a local spice and
fruit market. This is a day to enjoy the locals and the spectacular scenery.
Day 10: Magic of Northern Bali (B,L)
Pick up from Alam Jiwa in Ubud and drive to Northern Bali to Lovina Beach. Private touring day. First we take you to the most scenic area of Pupuan and Antosari, the morning light is ideal for taking pictures of the unique rice terraces. After passing through the florid fields where there is also coffee, cacao and lots of fruits, we descend to the north coast. Lovina Beach, one of the more quiet beaches, is known for its nice black sand. There will be the opportunity for lunch. After a relaxation break we continue.
The day’s drive will total 230 km. It is a route winding up the mountain and offering magnificent views at 1200 meters above sea level where a striking panorama is revealed. We pass by Lake Buyan and Tamblingan with stops that allow you to view an area which is habitat for many species of birds, trees and flowers unseen anywhere else in the island. We also stop at Bedugul to visit Lake Bratan with its floating temple called Ulun Danu. This holy place is dedicated to the goddess of water, dwelling around the area. A bit further, we will make a stop at the local flower and fruit market. A good opportunity to get some tropical fruits, fresh and natural directly from the farmers. It’s a long day driving across Bali, but it’s worth it as you discover the heart of Bali’s impressive nature. Lunch is included. Overnight at The Lovina, 2 nights
Day 11: Lovina Beach (B)
Relax and rewind. Breakfast at your hotel. Day at leisure to enjoy Lovina Beach.
Day 12: The Magic of East Bali (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel then begin sightseeing transfer to the east of Bali. You will be transferred to Candidasa in the East with stops at Kintamani and Besakih. Private touring day. The journey proceeds to Kintamani to view the breathtaking Lake Batur and the active Volcano called Mount Batur (1730 m). Here is an opportunity for you to have lunch (included) with an excellent view. Next destination id to the eastern part of Bali, which is dominated by the presence of the towering Mount Agung (3142 meters). It is Bali’s most sacred and highest volcano which last erupted in 1963. Built on one of the volcano’s slopes, The Besakih Temple Complex is the most important temple and sacred to the Balinese Hindu population. It is therefore also called “The Mother Temple”. Afterwards proceed to check in at hotel in Candidasa. Overnight at Puri Bagus Candidasa, 2 nights
Day 13: Candidasa (B)
Day at leisure to enjoy Candidasa.
Day 14: Candidasa – Denpasar – Departure (B)
After breakfast, enjoy the last hours in Bali. Perhaps have a last relaxing massage before check-out. Your guide will pick you up three hours before your flight and escort you to the airport.
